How is NAD⁺ prescribed? Is this legal?
Yes. NAD⁺ is a prescription compounded medication. A US-licensed clinician reviews your intake before any prescription is written, and your medication is compounded by a US-licensed pharmacy. Endeavor is a telehealth service, not a clinic. We coordinate the prescriber and the pharmacy, and you receive ongoing care through your portal.
What happens if I'm not approved for treatment?
You aren't charged for the medication. You only pay if a clinician determines NAD⁺ is appropriate and writes a protocol. If you aren't approved, our care team will explain why and, when relevant, suggest follow-up steps with your primary provider.
How long does it take to receive my medication?
Clinical review takes 2–3 days. Once approved, your prescription is compounded and shipped cold-chain, tracked, in 5–7 business days. Most patients are self-administering their first dose within 7–10 days of finishing the intake.
Does Endeavor require insurance?
No. Endeavor is a cash-pay service. We don't bill insurance, and we don't accept HSA/FSA at this time. Pricing varies by protocol, starting from $159/mo, shipping included.
Do all purchases include prescriptions and medications?
Yes. Every Endeavor subscription includes the clinical review, the prescription, the compounded medication, the supplies needed to administer it, and ongoing care-team access. Nothing is billed separately.
Are Endeavor pharmacies FDA-regulated?
Yes. Compounding pharmacies are regulated under federal and state law and are inspected by the FDA and state boards of pharmacy. Compounded medications are not themselves FDA-approved drugs; they are prepared for an individual patient based on a clinician's prescription.
